QC Department

Jupiter Pharma’s Quality assurance and quality control department is working for assessing and maintaining of the quality of products. Jupiter pharma has total quality management team which is properly working to assure the quality of products.
This team is fully equipped with high tech equipment like quality control lab and up to date testing mechanisms. For ensuring proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities Jupiter Pharma’s team is using the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) in production and laboratory respectively.Our employees in production department are well qualified and trained so that they can easily continue the work in process in production department as well as they scrutinized the effectiveness of each equipment.

THE QUALITY PROCESS

Details of our production sections are as follows:
Operational Sections

  1. For external certificate analysis Quality Control lab test the required sample salt and after successful test quality control lab generate internal certificate of analysis.
  2. When Quality Control & Quality Assurance verify the stability test of the given sample then Manufacturing Order is issued by the production department
  3. Raw material is properly checked by Quality Assurance, Store Pharmacist, Dispenser and the Produc-
    tion team members.
  4. For starting the new production batch quality assurance and production team inspect the whole production area for assuring the cleanliness of equipment and instruments.
  5. On every step of production quality assurance team take sample for testing them.
  6. Before packaging of finished goods quality assurance team test the products and monitor packaging process.
  7. Quality assurance team also take random Sample after packaging for giving the approval of dispatch.
